We are commit to providing a reward and benefit package for all our staff, and offer a range of flexible working options to help provide our employees with a greater work/life balance, whilst still ensuring delivery of our core curricular and extensive extra-curricular offer.
We recognise that emergencies happen, and we offer ‘family friendly’ days (paid emergency leave) to assist where applicable.

We recognise the importance of mental health and wellbeing, and we offer a comprehensive and accessible package of confidential wellbeing services.
We have a full occupational health service which assists us in providing the best support for our employees, and our terms and conditions of employment also ensure we financially support employees when they are unwell.
We also offer a ‘mystery shopper’ scheme, which enables staff to nominate colleagues for a weekly treat…and we run termly wellbeing events where staff can learn a new craft, socialise, and generally ‘have fun’!
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Our performance management policy enables us to ensure that all employees are both equipped for their roles, and have the opportunity to develop their learning and understanding in order to best support our students, each other, and further their careers.
