Humphry Davy Schools ‘Class of 2019’ celebrated in style with a beautiful evening to remember at Tregenna Castle on 21st June; marking the end of their time at ‘HDS’.

After a week of rain the students were gifted a stunning evening of sunshine! They really couldn’t have asked for better and it was a great way to mark the end of an era. The graduates certainly looked the part, arriving in their smartest suits and beautiful dresses to enjoy a night of fine dining and fun. The night was a perfect opportunity for the students to relax and enjoy themselves after months of continuous hard work and revision. It was also a chance to reminisce about their school days and excitedly discuss future plans and life aspirations.

The Year 11 ball is always a spectacular evening and it is a true delight to spend this time sharing in their post-exam celebrations. We couldn’t be prouder of the young adults our students have become and we wish them all the best of luck with their future endeavours. We look forward to further celebrations on Thursday 22nd August for Results Day! Thank you to our leavers for being such a source of inspiration to our school.
