This guide is intended to support your navigation of ‘Remote Learning’ at Humphry Davy School. If you have any questions regarding your IT login, please email:

If remote learning has to be reinstated due to planned or unplanned school closure please follow the below guidance. 

Remote Learning Advice

Remote Learning Protocols:

  • We expect all students to log into MS Teams for registration at 8.40am.

    Work will be set for remote learning students, as usual, via Satchel:One.  Most work for remote learning students will be discrete with few Teams lessons, but please do contact subject teachers if you are experiencing any difficulties accessing the work or need support. 

MSTeams:

As part of our Remote Learning offer we will use Microsoft Teams for ‘Live Consultations'  and 'Live Lessons'. In these your class teacher will be available for live contact and discussion of learning as well as teacher delivered content. Details of how to login are provided below and will also be shared on Satchel:one. 

Satchel:one:

Your teachers may add resources and information about your MSTeams lesson here. These will be set and due on the day of the timetabled lesson. Your class teacher may arrange hand in of work by other mechanisms. Your attendance and work completion will be monitored and reviewed.  

Within Satchel:one you may be directed to a range of other Remote Learning resources, all of which will be personalised to follow your in schoolwork, to ensure a full coverage of the whole curriculum. Please attempt all work set and ensure you attend lessons on time and ready for learning.

Open Golf Game - A golf game to play around the house! It only takes a couple pairs of socks and a laundry basket, set up your own course and play! We suggest printing off the scorecard or creating your own on paper.
