Humphry Davy School’s student led ‘Jikoni Restaurant’ invited the families of the Year 11 Art, Photography, Textiles & 3D Design students, to attend a private showcase of their portfolio of work.  Catering students working in the Jikoni kitchen served appreciative guests with a plethora of sumptuous canapés and mocktails made from scratch.  The exhibition was very well attended and there was a real buzz as students were able to celebrate their work.  Some students brought the whole family along to see their final pieces and sketchbooks. This was another wonderful Jikoni evening which highlighted just how hard the HDS Year 11’s have worked.  It was lovely to hear such positive feedback and praise from parents about the event and the quality, diversity and depth of the student’s work – all involved should be very proud!
