Humphry Davy School is situated in the heart of Penzance, on Coombe Road, TR18 2TG.
By Road:
- A30 from Penzance (Tesco Roundabout), follow signs for Lands End
- At the next roundabout, turn left onto Treweath Road
- Continue straight on at the next 2 roundabouts.
- You will see Princess May Recreation ground on the left hand side.
- Our school is located opposite the Recreation ground on the right.
Visitors should enter the site via the Main entrance. Visitor parking is provided at the front of the main school building, near reception. We have 20 visitor parking spaces, and 3 designated accessible parking spaces. Additional parking is available on nearby streets.

Students may qualify for free travel if Humphry Davy School is their nearest school and is more than 3 miles from their home address. There are additional entitlements for students from families on a low income. For more information, please refer to Cornwall Council’s website.
By Rail:
The West Coast Mainline serves Penzance, and there are a number of trains which arrive in time for the start of school, and leave at the end of the school day. For more information, please see GWR’s website.
